I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, making it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and had two comfy king-size beds, which was a great plus. However, getting to the rooms requires climbing stairs since they’re on the second floor, and that might be an issue for some. Overall, it’s a great spot for a getaway.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel, with clean, spacious rooms that had a modern touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and made my anniversary special with a complimentary bottle of wine. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired considering the price we paid, and the hotel is currently undergoing renovations that might affect the experience. Overall, it’s a great location for exploring, but there's definitely room for improvement in certain areas.

The hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of historic Niagara-on-the-Lake, making it easy to explore the charming town. The rooms were cozy but a bit smaller than I expected for the price. I greatly appreciated the friendly staff; they made me feel welcome. However, the dining options were just okay and didn’t wow me. Overall, it's a pleasant stay, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and the rooms felt comfy and homey. The service from the staff was friendly, but there were moments when it seemed a bit disorganized. I did find the dining options lacking, especially in variety. All in all, it offered good value for money, but some improvements could really enhance the experience.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though I wish there had been a few more toiletries provided. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, I did find the dining options quite limited, and they didn't have the flexibility to adjust my booking dates, which was a bit inconvenient.
